This workshop explores why certain emotional choices, conflicts, and relationship difficulties repeatedly appear in our lives, using a psychoanalytic perspective to understand unconscious patterns.
Have you ever felt that even though the people in your relationships change, the emotional experience remains almost the same?
You may repeatedly feel attracted to emotionally unavailable partners, take on the role of rescuer, avoid emotional intimacy, or experience the same conflicts in different relationships.
From a psychoanalytic perspective, many of our relationship patterns are not simply the result of conscious decisions. Early life experiences, relationships with caregivers, attachment patterns, unconscious fears, and psychological defense mechanisms can influence whom we choose and how we experience intimacy.
This workshop offers an accessible and non-judgmental exploration of the unconscious roots of repeated emotional and relationship patterns.
